The go-tpc often panics with an error when the connection is closed because of some kinds of transient faults, it's too annoying particularly when preparing a big dataset into the databases。
This PR adding two flags providing a retry commit mechanism when a batch insert fails, this mechanism tries to re-commit failed statements according to how we set it on flags.
